Hello, I’m Patti Pickens — co-author of MS MyStery Solved with J.D. Nielssen — and I’m honored to share my true story of perseverance, faith, and triumph over the painful disease of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

When I was first diagnosed with MS, my world changed forever. There were years I couldn’t be hugged or touched, yet through it all, I felt Jesus’s unwavering presence carrying me through every dark moment. My story is not only about battling illness, but about discovering purpose, healing, and unconditional love through faith.

In my inspiring memoir, MS MyStery Solved, I take readers through my most difficult life chapters — from growing up a tomboy in Georgia and serving as a police dispatcher and EMT, to facing the challenges of chronic illness, heartbreak, and starting again with God’s strength as my foundation.

This book is more than a testimony; it’s an invitation to believe in miracles, to never give up, and to trust that healing — both spiritual and physical — is possible.
